Driver having medical emergency crashes into Grand Prairie PD vehicle

A driver who was having a medical emergency Sunday morning crashed into a Grand Prairie police vehicle.

The officers had stopped to help a driver who had a flat tire on I-20. They were not in the vehicle at the time of the crash and were not injured.

The woman who crashed into the police vehicle was taken to a local hospital to be checked out for her medical emergency.

Police say no one was seriously injured.
