Rain in the forecast doesn't stop people from enjoying Dallas St. Patrick's Parade
DALLAS - Rain in the forecast didn't keep North Texans from celebrating St. Patrick's Day.
The annual parade down Greenville Avenue included Dallas Stars legend Mike Modano, who served as the grand marshal ahead of his statue unveiling.
This was the 43rd annual parade celebrating the Irish holiday in Dallas.
