Ahi Tuna Tartare
Place all the ingredients except avocado, wonton chips and chive tip in bowl. Gently toss ingredients. Add cubed avocado.
Place mixture in ring mold in center of serving plate and gently press down. Remove ring mold.
Lay wonton chips around the tartare and garnish with chive tip and toasted sesame seeds.

Ahi Tuna Tartare
4 oz. Ahi Tuna
1 tbs. Yellow Onion
2 tbs. Green Onion
¼ of the whole avocado (cubed)
8 fried wonton chips
1 chive tip
For the sauce:
1 tsp roasted black and white sesame seed
1tsp sesame oil
½ tbls sweet chili sauce
1 tbls teriyaki sauce
¼ tbs. sea salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
