Oprah to speak at Minnie's Food Pantry gala

More than 20 years ago Cheryl Jackson, then a reporter for a Plano newspaper, got a chance to chat with Oprah Winfrey. Years later their paths crossed again. Now Oprah herself will be part of a big event at Cheryl's non-profit -- Minnie's Food Pantry. She'll be the keynote speaker for the "Feed Just One" gala.
