Dallas native Tippy Balady making a name for herself in music

Tippy Balady will soon graduate from Booker T. Washington High School in May. But she already performs around town and is making a name for herself on the music scene. The Dallas native has also appeared on American Idol but decided to turn the opportunity down to pursue education.
