Break Out the Sweaters! No more SWEATING for sure!

Will the REAL December please stand up?
It's HERE!
Strong north winds behind last night's cold front will push temps down into the 40s even after sunrise, before rebounding into the mid 50s PM. Showers dry up early SE and clouds will thin a bit late morning-midday as dewpoints drop into the teens and 20s! VERY DRY AIR.
That's a key issue as a strong disturbance moves in tonight and Wed AM. Temps will remain well above freezing tonight (upper 30s to near 40) as some light rain tries to develop across NTX. As the rain falls into the very dry air, we may easily see some SLEET pellets mix in. No road issues expected though.
This will be around from the Metroplex south Wed AM...where the coverage will be higher SOUTH. Temps will stay in the 40s south but as clouds decrease a bit PM Metro and north...we should get back into the low 50s...even mid 50s north.
By Thursday, a stronger push of cold, dry air moves in, and highs may struggle to even reach 50!
Coldest morning lows will be Friday (near freezing) although sunshine will push us back into the 50s.
The weekend slowly moderates with mostly sunny skies into the low 60s Saturday and upper 60s Sunday....with 70 by Monday before the next cold front heads in.
