Williams' third child, 3-year-old Jameel Penn Jr., was found unharmed.
Williams waived her first court appearance Monday and was denied bail.
The father of all three children, Jameel Penn, said Williams called him by video chat Friday night to tell him his children were dead. Penn said he called police after seeing his sons on the floor.
Williams' sister, Tabitha Hollingsworth, said Williams should be put on suicide watch in the Fulton County jail. Williams' mother also told FOX her daughter has a long history of mental illness. She believes her daughter snapped after breaking up with her children's father.
