DALLAS - A second wave of volunteers from North Texas is on the ground helping with recovery efforts in Perryton.
Texas Baptist Men is assisting after an EF-3 tornado struck the town, located about 115 miles northeast of Amarillo in the Texas Panhandle, on Thursday.
Three people were killed and more than 160 were injured.

Three people were killed and dozens more were injured after a tornado tore through Perryton, Texas, according to the Associated Press.
The tornado was reportedly on the ground for 11 minutes and destroyed hundreds of homes and buildings.
It also knocked out power and cellphone service in the city of about 8,000.
Texas Baptist Men also has volunteers headed to East Texas to help storm victims there.
An EF-1 tornado hit Panola County, 160 miles east of Dallas, on Friday.

TBM to help East Texas tornado victims
Weekend storms knocked out power to thousands living in East Texas and help is on the way. Texas Baptist Men plans to send a group of volunteers.
The tornado had winds up to 110 miles per hour. It knocked down trees, power transmission lines and utility poles.
At one point, there were about 170,000 customers without power. That number is now down to 90,000.
Chainsaw teams will help clear debris while feeding teams will provide food for storm victims.
