PARKER COUNTY, Texas - A North Texas mother was indicted on two counts of "knowingly causing serious bodily injuries to a child” after her two toddlers died in a hot car in May.
Records show Cynthia Randolph, 25, admitted to leaving 2-year-old Juliet Ramirez and 1-year-old Cavanaugh Ramirez inside the car to teach them a lesson. Police found the children unresponsive outside their home near Lake Weatherford.
A Parker County grand jury indicted her Thursday.
