DALLAS - One of Dallas County's first, and the largest, COVID-19 test site is closing Wednesday.
The Ellis Davis Field House in southern Dallas is owned by Dallas ISD, but was taken over by Parkland Hospital.
Nearly 100,000 people have been tested for COVID-19 in the past eight months at the site.
It also offered COVID-19 vaccines and has given 80,000 free shots.
Parkland will still offer vaccines at its community health centers in Dallas County.
