DALLAS - A suspected drunk driver is in custody after Dallas police said he rear-ended a family of five’s vehicle, sending all of them to the hospital.
The family was stopped at a red light at the intersection of Royal Lane and Harry Hines just after 10 p.m. Thursday.
Investigators said 25-year-old Markevin Sagastume was speeding, when his car crashed into them.
One adult and two children are still in critical condition.

A Fort Worth bicyclist is in critical condition after a crash with a tractor trailer early Friday morning.
Sagastume is in police custody, charged with intoxication assault.
