DALLAS - Dallas police found a 15-year-old boy shot in the face in Pleasant Grove early Friday morning.
The shooting happened around 3:20 a.m. at an apartment complex on North Masters Drive and Lake June Road.
The wounded teenager ended up at a nearby 7-Eleven store. He’s now in serious condition at a Dallas hospital.
Police are still working to put together the pieces of the crime. They believe there was a group of teens hanging out outside the apartment complex and there was some sort of altercation.
The shooter reportedly fled on foot.
