Lobster Grilled Cheese from Sea Breeze Fish Market & Grill
2 slices Texas Toast
½ cup lobster meat
2 slices white American cheese
Six basil leaves, cut chiffonade style
Butter
Butter both sides of Texas toast slices and brown one side in heated skillet. Add lobster meat to skillet. Turn toast and place white American cheese slices on each slice. Turn lobster meat to cook evenly. Layer basil on one side of bread. Once cheese melts, place lobster on bread, then combine sandwich. Serve hot.
Makes 1 sandwich.
