Family of Sutherland Springs victims sues Academy over gun sale
Relatives of three people killed in the Sutherland Springs church shooting are suing Academy Sports and Outdoors.
The family members are are suing the Texas-based retailer for $25 million after selling a rifle to the shooter, Devin Kelley.
Kelly used the weapon on the November 5th attack in South Texas.
The sporting goods store released a statement offering condolences to the families of the victims but says it complied with all laws.
